Assist the forecaster-on-duty manage forecast schedules, maintain calendar, organize and maintain client information, to include sending correspondence. Confident writing skills essential to manage incoming email and online customer service requests then prepare timely responses. Our service supports such events as yacht races/record attempts, sail boat/super yacht deliveries, aviation races, and other related outdoor endeavors, requiring highly detailed short and long range forecasts for clients around the world.

Our forecasters possess exceptional forecasting expertise in numerous meteorological areas, specifically; mid-latitude, marine, aviation, satellite, climatology and tropical. She or he must be able to work quickly and efficiently in high-pressure situations when client and property safety is at risk. Efficient communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
Professional, personable, confident, adventurous applicants sought. Prior armed forces, corporate or government forecasting experience is desirable. Our forecast operations are based in Newport, Rhode Island.
